The last lecture

.... given by Carnegie Mellon professor Randy Pausch: "Really achieving your childhood dreams". A computer science doctorate by trade, he reflects on life, his career (including what HAS to be the greatest job out there, Disney Imagineer) and inspiring others to accomplish all they can with the time we are blessed to have on this planet (Mr.Pausch has pancreatic cancer, so his is at a premium). I've had the extreme pleasure of riding on Mr. Pausch's work in the virtual reality mecca that is DisneyQuest, and it's absolutely mind-blowing.

No need to spend $300 to see Slick Willie or Hillary Swank on "The Power Within" ... Mr. Pausch gives it all up here, for free.

All 76 minutes are well worth your time, but if you get antsy, the really good stuff starts around 60 minutes. I promise, you will laugh and cry.

To save it ...

copy this address:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo

into savetube

This will save the video as a .flv file to your computer.

To play it, you will need a .flv player, or a converter to convert it to .avi format. Both are available on savetube (for free !) under the tools page. I would get the converter.
