Three reasons to move to Australia --

1. They have a sex-offender registry that everybody can see

2. It's actually illegal to diddle a 16 year old.

3 There is a media with enough BALLS to actively pursue these freaks ! What a performance this guy puts on !

Off topic Mike, but, were you at the all candidates meeting? And if so, what did you think? Not alot of material to draw an opinion from, is my position! Very dissapointed to NOT see Pat Dolan there, although I understand the reason for his absence. I remain, undecided.

As for this freak on the video: OMG!

Ya, I was there ... and I agree - long on rhetoric, really short on substance.

It is nice to have choice ... I'm leaning one way, but 2 others are close. Ain't no way i'm voting for one of them.... can you guess who?

If I had to pick a winner ... I say Vince -- and good on 'em cuz I really hadn't considered voting for him before last night.

lol! Honestly...I don't know. I would guess that the one that there "ain't no way you're voting for" is either David or Bill, but...? I do know that I'm not voting for Bill, and other than that, I am undecided. I think the vote is going to be so split that it'll be a crap shoot.

Ding ding ding .... We have a winner !

Yep, it's DS.I was pretty concerned about the conflict of interest that Clive discovered last go-round.

No prize though ... 2 guesses weren't allowed :)

Bill seems to want it more than anyone ... So I have to consider him.

I will say that I don't think it's appropriate for the Reeve to be actively campaigning for a candidate ... He has a sign in his yard. Some people ... Ya try and learn 'em but they just won't teach !

To be honest, I like Bill, and he has put a load of effort into his campaigning, which, well, ahhhhhhhh, apparently NO ONE else has. LOL! BUT..I don't think so. I think we could have a real pain in the somewhere if we have Bill and Bill sitting around the same table. ***wink***
And...I think his attempts at warm fuzzies could have him swayed on issues that could end up in messes as well.

Truthfully, I hadn't gave much thought to the group dynamic ... but everyone should be able to play with the other kiddies !

My prediction - it's gonna be Bill ... with say around 35% of the popular vote. The other three will come between 20-25% each.

Not my choice, but I think you're right. And, yup. Everyone SHOULD be able to play nicely together, but let's just see what happens in the school yard if David gets in. One friend has apparently said they will NOT play with him. I wonder..

Here's hoping this will be her one and only term .... and hoping that the unsuccessful candidates will run again next time.
